academic year 2020-2021 offered at Campus Schools, Model Degree College,

Hingoli, Sub Centre Latur, Sub campus at Parbhani and Kinwat

(For CET and Non CET Courses)

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Please read the Prospectus carefully before filling this form
  • Last date for submitting the online application along with all required document is 12/12/2020.
  • Candidate should submit the application to the concerned School.
  • Registration Fees for CET Courses ( M.Sc. Zoology, Bio- Technology, Chemistry) is Rs.300/- for open Category, Rs. 150/- for Reserved Category Candidate.
  • Registration Fees for Non CET Courses ( Except M.Sc. Zoology, Biotechnology, Chemistry) is Rs.200/- for open Category, Rs. 100/- for Reserved Category Candidate
  • Candidate should apply for each course separately if he/she desires to apply for multiple courses.
  • For Payment of Registration Fee:
  •  (a) Bank Details are as below for Online Payment through RTGS/NEFT
  •    Name of the A/c holder- Finance & Accounts Officer, S.R.T.M. University, Nanded.
  •    Name of the Bank: IDBI Bank, Nanded

  •  (b) Candidate can pay the Fees at University Cash Counter.
  • Candidates should keep the payment details, soft copy of required document in pdf format and photograph ready before proceeding for filling registration form.
  •    Recent Photograph
  •    XIIth marks memo
  •    Copies of marks memos (Three years) in one pdf file
  •    Caste certificate and NON creamy layer (wherever required) (in one pdf file)
  •    Certificate if physically handicap
  •    Certificate of ward of ex-service man
  •    Proof of payment of fees
  • All Copies of marks memos (Three years) and other required Certificates in single .pdf file and size should be between 150kb to 1Mb.
  • Passport size photo file is .jpg format and size should be between 10kb to 50kb
